Welcome to TalaTalk! This guide will help you get started quickly, whether you’re a system administrator, teacher, or parent.

System Administrator Quick Start

Step 1: Initial Setup

Access Admin Dashboard

  • Navigate to the TalaTalk web dashboard
  • Log in with your administrator credentials
  • Complete the initial setup wizard

Configure School Settings

  • Enter school information
  • Set up academic year calendar
  • Configure notification preferences
  • Upload school logo and branding

Create First Classroom

  • Click “Create Classroom”
  • Enter classroom details (name, section, grade level)
  • Generate QR code for easy joining

Step 2: Invite Teachers

Add Teacher Information

  • Navigate to User Management
  • Click “Add Teacher”
  • Enter teacher’s name and email
  • Assign to specific classroom

Send Invitation

  • System automatically sends invitation email

  • Monitor invitation status in dashboard

Verify Registration

Teacher Quick Start

Step 1: Receive and Accept Invitation

Download Mobile App

  • Check your email for the invitation
  • Click the registration link
  • Download TalaTalk from Google Drive
  • Install the app on your device

Complete Registration

  • Open the app and tap “Register”
  • Fill in your personal information
  • Verify your email address
