TalaTalk uses Firebase Authentication to provide secure login access for teachers, parents, and administrators. The login process supports email/password authentication with additional security features.Login Methods

Standard Login Process

Open TalaTalk App
Launch the TalaTalk mobile app or web application

Access Login Screen
Tap “Sign In” or “Login” to access the login form

Submit Login
Tap “Sign In” to authenticate your account

Verify Email
If prompted, verify your email address:
- Check your email for verification link
- Click the verification link
- Return to the app

Upon successful login, you’ll be redirected to your role-specific dashboard

Password Reset Process

Access Password Reset
On the login screen, tap “Forgot Password?” or “Reset Password”

Enter your registered email address

Check your email for password reset instructions:
- Look for email from TalaTalk
- Check spam/junk folders
- Wait 5-10 minutes for delivery

Click Reset Link
Click the password reset link in the email

Create New Password
Enter your new password:
- Minimum 8 characters
- Mix of letters, numbers, and symbols
- Confirm new password

Complete Reset
Save your new password and return to login
