Login to Admin Dashboard

Creating an Event
Click Create Event
Fill Event Details
- Event Title: Name of the event
- Description: Description of the event
- Start Date & Time: When the event begins
- End Date & Time: When the event ends
- Event Type: Select from available types
- Location: Event Location
- Assign To: For all classroom or specific classrooms
Set Event Type
- Meeting: Staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences
- Conference: Larger gatherings, seminars
- Activity: Field trips, sports events, club activities
- Exam: Tests, quizzes, final exams
- Holiday: School holidays, vacation days
- Other: Miscellaneous events

- Check that the event date is within the currently displayed month
- Verify event status is set to “Scheduled” or “Ongoing”
- Clear any active filters that might hide the event
- Refresh the page

- Check the recurrence end date or occurrence count
- Verify there are no date conflicts
- Ensure recurrence pattern is set correctly
- Try creating the series again
